We also accept orders paid by Zelle or cash. If you would like to use one of these payment options, please place your order by calling or texting us using our contact information found on the "Contact" page.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
At Flora LA Dream in Los Angeles, we create fresh, handcrafted arrangements to bring beauty and joy. Since flowers are perishable, all sales are final. Still, we understand that issues may happen and will do our best to resolve them.
If you receive an order that is incorrect, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Send us a photo of the arrangement and a short description of the issue. If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund.
We cannot accept refund requests after 24 hours. Refunds are also not available for personal preference or for flowers that were not cared for properly after delivery. Once a bouquet is delivered and accepted, responsibility for care lies with the recipient.
Order cancellations are accepted until 11:59 PM on the same day the order is placed. After that, we may have already started preparing your flowers and cannot guarantee cancellation.
